If you were a customer of LM Shopping before September 8, 2022

From September 8, 2022, the owner of the shop is ALTANKA - a simple joint-stock company with headquarters in Gorzów Wielkopolski at Kazimierza Wielkiego 61, NIP: 5993264846. The new company is still the same people, then the same phone number, e-mail addresses, the same quality and experience - the form of running a business has changed. It also means that:

  • the address of our online store remains unchanged, i.e. https://sklep.altanka.com.pl
  • from September 14, 2022, orders in the store will be placed at ALTANKA simple joint-stock company and the company's data will appear on receipts, invoices, waybills, other documents and communication between us and you,
  • all orders placed before this date will be processed without changes, on the date that we have agreed together - you do not have to do anything,
  • if you have arranged a personal pickup of the order, the pickup address remains unchanged,
  • all orders placed and paid before September 14, 2022, if not yet received, will receive proof of purchase (receipt / invoice) from LM Shopping,
  • all orders placed before September 14, 2022, payable on place, will receive a proof of purchase (receipt / invoice) from LM Shopping,
  • all new orders placed by September 14, 2022 will be submitted to ALTANKA simple joint-stock company and all documents regarding the order, including proof of purchase, will be issued with the details of the ALTANKA company,
  • the data of the entity conducting the sale on our accounts on Allegro, OLX, Ebay, Ceneo and others will also change.

In connection with this change, from September 8, 2022, the Administrator of your Personal Data is ALTANKA a simple joint-stock company with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski at Kazimierza Wielkiego 61 VAT EU: PL5993264846. We process your data in order to perform the concluded contract - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 letter b, performance of our legal obligations - art. 6 sec. 1 letter c, defense of rights or pursuing claims (legitimate interest of the Administrator) art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR. The recipients of your data will be entities processing data at the request of the Administrator (e.g. couriers delivering the order). You have the right to access personal data and the right to request their rectification, removal or restriction of their processing. We have received your personal data from Alicja Luftman, running a business under the name LM SHOPPING Alicja Luftman. Information clause for customers from September 8, 2022

Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data) (Journal of Laws UE L 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR - we would like to inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is ALTANKA a simple joint-stock company with its registered office in Gorzów Wielkopolski at ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 61 premises 418, entered into the National Court Register under the number 0000970220, NIP 5993264846, REGON 521943630, hereinafter referred to as: "Administrator".
  2. Your personal data is processed only for the purposes related to the implementation of the Agreement and to take the necessary actions before concluding the Agreement, as well as to pursue claims arising from the provisions of civil law, if any. The data may also be processed for the purpose of marketing the Administrator's own products and services or after obtaining your consent for the purpose of marketing the goods and services of other bidders. The data will also be processed in compliance with the obligations arising from legal provisions.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of your data is: a. Performance of the contract between you and the Administrator, hereinafter referred to as: "Agreement", for which the processing of your data is necessary - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, b.the Controller's legitimate interest in marketing of own products and services - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f RODO, c. legal obligation imposed on the Administrator - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR c. in the event that the processing of personal data will require your consent, the legal basis for such processing will be art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR.
  4. You have the right to access your personal data and to receive a copy of it, correct it, request its removal, transfer or limit the processing of your data. You also have the right to object to data processing. In the event of an objection, we will cease to process your data for the indicated purposes, unless we are able to demonstrate that there are valid legally valid grounds for us in relation to your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data will be necessary for a possible determination , pursuing or protecting claims.
  5. If you believe that your personal data will be processed contrary to the legal requirements, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  6. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
  7. The recipients of your personal data will be those entities to whom we are obliged to provide data under applicable law, as well as entities providing us with services supporting the performance of the contract, in particular intermediaries in transactions with payment cards, accounting, legal, IT, transport, delivering courier parcels.
  8. Your personal data will be processed by us for the entire period during which the contract will be performed, and later, i.e. until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims arising from the contract and in the performance of obligations imposed on the administrator in the performance of tax law obligations, i.e. for a period of 6 years from the end of the year in which the contract expired.
  9. We may process the data processed for the purposes of direct marketing of our products until you object to their processing for this purpose or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of data for this purpose. If you register on our website without the intention to make a transaction, your data will be deleted within 6 months from the date of deregistering your user account and during this period, its processing will be limited to data storage only.
