Registering a complaint in the panel is easy, under this link you will find instructions on how to add a complaint.
Filing a complaint in the complaint panel significantly improves the process of its consideration.

If the order in the store was placed via the store's website, you can log in to the complaint panel with login data from the store (email address and password from the store) and immediately file a complaint.

If the order in our store was placed by phone or via the Allegro service, you must:

  • first create an account in the complaint panel, after creating an account, you will be sent a message to the email address provided during registration
  • click the activation link in the sent message - then your account will be activated
  • after activating your account, you can log in and submit a complaint
  • submit a complaint as a "B2B order"
